In this course we aim to:
•Understand quality management plans and
what is required for the safety of testing personnel and patients
•Create an SOP incorporating all the
required procedure elements
•Define the importance of proficiency
testing, and generate and action plan for when there is a failure
•Describe what is needed for validation,
and write a cohesive validation plan
•Identify sources of error, and compile an
apparent cause analysis for an error
