  Elective and selective goals & objectives should be developed at least 4 weeks in advance. Elective forms must be turned into Lisa Mercado-Foster (for Dewesh's signature) at least 2 weeks in advance.
  

  Elective learning objectives should be educational experiences that enhance your pediatric knowledge base.
